SEMrush CS evolution wasn’t smooth, and we faced many challenges during our 10 years journey. Started from the scratch we are here to inspire, share the screw-ups, and highlight our achievements.

We will focus on two different perspectives.
Svetlana covers the Optimisation part revealing CS evolution path and our stages of team development, our very own Forming - Storming - Norming - Performing. She’ll investigate the team’s growth from different angles where quality and quantity both matter, shed light on challenges which we encountered on the way. Highlight our experiments and share our view on building up a strong CS team.

Olga will be talking about the agile culture and our company’s people-centered initiatives and the CS team’s part in them. How the CS team represents a microcosm of SEMrush, sharing strong company values while nurturing community within its own ranks.
